Victor and his crew were highly professional, showed up on time, and went out of their way to make sure our move was done according to our needs. They took the time needed to properly wrap our furniture and keep it damage-free. We opted to use their storage service as well since their storage prices are much more competitive than other movers. We moved during the height of the pandemic from Queens to Rochester, NY. A three-person crew helped us make the transition so much easier! They called ahead and walked me verbally through the process. I was extremely overwhelmed. My stepfather was given six months to live, and I could not gather my things fast enough. The team of three really treated my husband and me with such professional care and my belongings as if they were museum pieces. I highly recommend this company. They were fast, diligent, and made sure we left nothing behind, which in my state I surely would have. Even upon arriving in the small town we moved to, they were courteous to our new neighbours.

The movers couldn't have been nicer, more professional, or more focused on getting the job done quickly and efficiently! They moved us from one apartment to another about a mile away. Our apartment was a torturous six-story walk-up. No complaints at all. The move was the day after the 1/29/22 snowstorm, on top of everything else included in the challenges of moving within NYC. No complaints, only glowing compliments for an excellent job done right on schedule! And to top it off, the estimate was exactly as promised and very reasonable!
